Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Offer individual, family, and relationship counseling services, with the ability to lead group therapy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and well-rounded clinical environment that values professional ethical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and supervision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Independently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin. Willing to consider in-training or pre-licensed practitioners.
- Specialty certifications in niche’ areas are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical and non-clinical support
- Manage scheduling and client appointments.
- Coordinating internal and external communications.
- Manage billing and invoicing and medical insurance benefit eligibility.
- Ensuring office supplies and internal systems run smoothly.
- Support team meetings and collaboration.
- Managing online/social media content.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or associate’s degree in administrative, business, or medical-related program.
- Two years administrative or receptionist experience.
- Be proficient in business-related software to produce spreadsheets, databases, presentations, etc.
