Employee Assistance: Often times, employers offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and their family members.  This may include, but is not limited to; free counseling sessions, financial advice, discounted health and wellness programs, or legal advice.  Please contact your Human Resource Dept. for more information on your company benefit.  You also may be eligible for EAP services even if you have not elected insurance benefits through your employer.
